  9. I have been getting massages from Cholada for several years now. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her practice. When I was pregnant with twins she gave me Prenatal massage and I truly believe that I would not have made it as far in my pregnancy if I hadn't received those massages. The Prenatal massage helped relieve some of my back pain, foot swelling, and also helped with the carpal tunnel I got from being pregnant. I would highly recommend getting a prenatal massage from Patty. She was always able to address any pain that I had throughout the pregnancy and even after. You will come out feeling refreshed and pain free.
